CASE STUDY - STRATTON
A playful family garden
A playful family garden
The Brief
The Project
The Project consisted of creating small retaining walls which enabled this space to be levelled allowing all spoil generated from the project to stay within the garden. Once rendered and painted they provided a crisp backdrop to the secluded lower patio area by the house.
Anthracite porcelain was introduced as the paving scheme throughout this garden giving a warm contrast of colour against the lawn and walls.
The existing stairs into the garage were replaced and enlarged, faced in timber cladding on the outside and composite decking for the steps on the inside. The space underneath then provided
plenty of room for storage.
The horizontal timber cladding was continued along the existing fence giving another fresh backdrop for planting.

Customer Feedback
Our old sloping garden just wasn't a welcome space for our family, or visitors. Dale carefully listened to all our ideas and aims, and completely transformed the entire garden into a welcoming, contemporary and family friendly space.
He worked tirelessly day in, day out, whilst finishing to a very high standard.
I have a new project coming up, and I will definitely be asking DHenson Landscapes to do the work.
